Privacy notice

Last updated: 2 October 2026. This independent UK skip-size tool is designed to work without asking for your name, address, postcode, email address or phone number.

Calculator data

Your item selections, quantities, project choice and measurements are calculated in your browser. The calculator does not send them to us or store them in a user account.

Technical data

The website host may process ordinary technical data needed to deliver and secure pages, such as IP address, browser details, request time and error logs. This is separate from the waste details you enter in the calculator.

Cookies and advertising

We have not added display-ad code, affiliate tracking, analytics pixels or a newsletter form to this version of the site. If advertising or optional analytics are added later, we will update this notice and put any required consent controls in place before those technologies go live. Advertising may then involve third-party cookies or similar technologies; this notice will identify the relevant partners at that time.

External links

Links to official guidance and other external websites open those providers' services, which have their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can use the calculator without providing contact details. Browser and hosting data may be retained for security and routine operation according to the host's settings. We do not sell calculator inputs or build a profile from them.

Updates

We will review this notice when the site changes materially, particularly before enabling AdSense or any other advertising system.
